Monthly management fee

Includes monthly accounting, mandatory declarations, annual reports, and the proper upkeep of your Investment Purpose Vehicle (IPV). The monthly price also grants you access to exclusive tools, services, and events.

Contact us directly if you wish to start adding expense invoices to your IPV.

Includes the state fee for IPV formation, an LEI code, accounting set up, IBAN account set up and broker account set up.

Local transfers

EUR transfers within SEPA

10 SEPA transfers for no charge per month.

Additional transfers €0.20 per transfer

International transfers

EUR transfers outside SEPA or in a different currency.

Pricing example: You pay €45/per mo. for your IPV management. You then make a payment into your IPV and then transfer the funds to a broker (Interactive Brokers). Then you decide to withdraw funds from your broker and into your IPV. At last you make a payment out of your IPV to your personal account. In total you incurred 4 no-charge transfers, which are reset every month.
